Invoice Viewer

The screen everybody opens first. Every invoice you have ever raised, read from the database on your own PC, filterable in ways the accounting package never allowed.

What it does

Filter by anything

Dates, customer, status, amount — filters down the left, invoices in the middle, the selected one in full on the right.

Park ten in tabs

Keep up to ten invoices open at once and switch between them — the detail people react to first.

Drill into a customer

From any invoice into that customer's whole trading history, without going back to the start.

Full line detail

Not just invoice totals — every line, with the columns you choose and panes you can resize.

Day, week, month

Quick date buttons and arrows that apply immediately; everything else is staged and applied when you say.

Its own colour

Each company file opens in the colour you gave it in the Connector, so two companies are never confused.
